Term
We have a time limit for returns for 30 days from the date on which the parcel delivered your order at the address indicated at the time of purchase. Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must:- Be in the same condition in which you received them.
There are some situations where you can only be partial refunds:
- Any product that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons beyond our control.
If you want to return any of our products, you can do this in the following ways:
- In our physical store, presenting your invoice or ticket, one of our sales advisors will help you in the process.
- To request the return within the period of return by e-mail.
Procedure
1. Refund of the money (only applies to warranty cases and law of cooling-off):
- Through transfer (savings account, current account, savings to the hand): it takes place approximately within five working days after we receive the product back in our warehouse.
- Through reversal of the payment: fifteen business days after receiving the product at our warehouse. This reversal is the order of your bank, any doubt you must communicate directly with them.
2. Change of the product (Subject to inventory availability at the time of the change). You can only make changes to products with value equal to or lower than the original, and the difference in the case of apply, it will be delivered in a coupon for a new purchase on the online store. In case of not having availability for the change, will be the value of the product(s) in a coupon for a new purchase.
3. Coupon for a new purchase (This coupon is valid for six months from the date of creation).
Conditions of the product
The product must be returned in perfect condition, without traces of having been used, with the original labels or failing that, if it were withdrawn, you must enter them in the packaging. Once the product is received in our warehouse, we will verify the conditions and in accordance with the results, you will be sent a new product or you will be given a coupon for a new purchase.

Response time
Refund of money: Depending on the means of payment that you used for your purchase, the refund will be made through a wire transfer or with your credit card. The partial refunds are processed by means of electronic transfer. The changes will be shipped out in approximately 3 business days after the product is received in the warehouse and shall apply the same times of a consistent delivery.
Shipping costs
The User may return it at no cost, any product found to be defective from the factory. The costs of transport and the other leads to a return for reasons other than manufacturing defects will be covered by the customer.
