Products

Not only do we market with the specified measures of each model.

All products shown are available, and some of them are available for immediate delivery.

Payments and Billing

You can pay through PayPal or with a debit/credit card.

If you need an invoice, please contact us after you receive the package, we will ask: the name of the company, R. F. C. and financial management, and e-mail. We will send you an invoice within a maximum period of 5 working days.

If there is any problem with the payment, we suggest that you put in contact our customer care team by e-mail contacto@ailtana.com.mx.

Shipping and Delivery

Yes, we cover all the national territory, with the exception of some communities difficult to access.

We drove in 2 installments, $5, 000 for orders that go to any of the states that are close to our physical store in Jalisco, and $8, 000 for the rest of the country. On orders that exceed $20, 000 the shipping is absolutely free (Check out our shipping policies).

When you make a purchase, our operations team determines the estimated date of delivery, this being between 15 and 30 days, and between 2 and 7 business days in the case of products available for immediate delivery.

Cancellations and Returns

The customer may cancel the purchase order provided that the goods purchased have not left the store Ailtana. If the product has been sent by Ailtana, the customer may not cancel the purchase and you must follow the procedures set forth in section Returns policy.
